Latavius Murray Bounces Back
6 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Latavius Murray redeemed himself on Friday night after fumbling twice in a week two loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Against the Seattle Seahawks in week three, Murray rushed 10 times for 24 yards and a touchdown, chipping in three catches for 32 yards on seven targets. Murray finished the 2017 season on a strong note as the lead back, giving the Vikings staff confidence in his abilities to complement starting running back Dalvin Cook. With the possibility that the Vikings ease Cook back into the offense slowly due to his recovery from a torn ACL last October, Latavius Murray is a decent bet to exceed his current ADP of 117th overall. Even if the Vikings thrust Cook back into the lead role right away, Murray has the ability to stay fantasy-relevant due to the touches and goal-line opportunities he's likely to receive as part of a top-tier offense.
