4 years agoChicago Bulls forward Lauri Markkanen had a very efficient day in a blowout loss to the Hawks. Markkanen totaled 21 points along with seven rebounds, four triples, four assists, and a steal in 30 minutes of floor time. The sweet-shooting big man got off to an awful start last year and regressed after showing improvement in his second year. It's only one game, but this is a step in the right direction for Markkanen, who could turn into a good value pick out of the middle rounds for fantasy managers. Markkanen will next play the Pacers, who shut him down well last season.--Tim Capurso
