6 years agoChicago Bulls forward Lauri Markkanen exited Tuesday's game versus the Raptors and did not return due to an illness. Before leaving the game, Markkanen had scored 10 points on 2-for-10 shooting and added nine rebounds with a steal and two blocks with a make from three in just 16 minutes. This game meant little for the Bulls, so taking the precautionary route with their young star was in the cards for this one. The Bulls go again on Wednesday, so stay tuned for updates on Markkanen for that one.--Gianni Costantiello
