Lauri Markkanen Highlights Bulls Offense In Loss
6 years agoChicago Bulls forward Lauri Markkanen led the way for his team against the Milwaukee Bucks, taking advantage of the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo. Markkanen scored 26 points on Monday night, giving him an average of 29 points over his last three games. The second-year Arizona product hit 11 of 22 for the field and two of six from three to reach 26 points on the night. While the performance may seem impressive thus far, Markkanen casually felt like adding 12 boards, three assists and one steal to give him a double-double on the evening. The Finnish forward will try to keep the hot streak going as he looks to improve on a 21-point performance against the Memphis Grizzlies earlier this month in a rematch between the teams on Wednesday night.
