4 years agoChicago Bulls power forward Lauri Markkanen had a very good scoring outing on Saturday, finishing a 123-122 loss to Portland with a season-high 31 points on 12-for-18 shooting. He went 6-for-11 from deep while adding six rebounds and one block to his line. Markkanen's three-point shot hasn't fallen very well this month, but he has now sunk 10 treys in his past two appearances. He faces the much-improved Knicks next in an unfavorable matchup, as they have the best defensive record in the league against opposing power forwards this season with only 17.7 points allowed per 48 minutes.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
