7 years agoChicago Bulls power forward Lauri Markkanen was excellent on Wednesday, scoring 20 points as his team lost 119-87 to the Detroit Pistons. The rookie made seven of 13 shots, added eight rebound and also contributed a steal to his excellent line. The Finland native connected on three of seven from downtown and set a Bulls franchise record for most threes made in a season by a rookie (145), beating out Kirk Hinrich's previous record. The rookie had an excellent fantasy campaign and we can only see him improve next season, as he has potential to be a top stretch four next season in the fantasy world.--Gianni Costantiello
