4 years agoChicago Bulls power forward Lauri Markkanen picked up 17 points in Wednesday's loss to Cleveland, shooting 7-for-15 from the field. He was an ugly 1-for-5 from three-point range, but it was still a much better performance than his recent outings. The Finnish forward has scored 10 or fewer points in three of his previous four games. His line also included five rebounds, two assists and one steal on Wednesday. Markkanen will head into an encounter with the Spurs next. It's a tough spot for him, as San Antonio has limited opposing power forwards to 20.2 points per 48 minutes this season, which marks the third-best defensive record in the league.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
