5 years agoChicago Bulls forward Lauri Markkanen finished with 24 points, six rebounds, two blocks and one steal on 7-for-14 shooting from the field and 3-for-4 from deep in Wednesday's 109-89 win over the Pistons. The third-year forward had entered the contest in a slump through the first nine games of the month, shooting a cool 36.3% to begin November. On the season, Markkanen is averaging 14.8 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.0 steals in 30 minutes per game - numbers that are below standards for the talented Finnish forward.
