5 years agoThe Los Angeles Lakers are in danger of being severely short-handed for Saturday’s contest against the Oklahoma City Thunder as both LeBron James and Danny Green have been ruled out. James is dealing with an illness, while Green is hampered with right hip soreness. Head coach Frank Vogel announced that Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Rajon Rondo will enter the starting five in their place, with Anthony Davis’ (back) status also up in the air before tip-off. James will miss just his second game of the season, with the next chance for either man to return coming Monday versus the Cavaliers.--Jesse Borek
