LeBron James Tallies 20 Of Game-High 42 Points In Fourth Quarter
6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers small forward/power forward LeBron James pumped in 42 points on 15 of 24 shooting from the field, three of seven from beyond the arc and nine of 13 from the free throw line in Wednesday's win over the Spurs. The 33-year-old chipped in five rebounds, six assists, and two steals. He scored 20 of the Lakers' 43 fourth-quarter points as he was 7-for-8 from the field, which includes three triples. It was his third 40-point game this season. The 16th-year pro, who committed two turnovers in the game, is averaging 3.5 turnovers a contest, which is the lowest in three seasons. James will look to continue his recent success against the Spurs on Friday; he is averaging 36.3 points along with eight rebounds as well as eight assists in three games against San Antonio this year.
