3 years agoLos Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) won't need surgery this offseason. The King himself provided the update while also adding the nagging left ankle injury won't require injections. Despite being limited to 56 games, the veteran was just as punishing as ever, finishing the year by averaging 30.3 points, 8.2 boards, and 6.2 assists. James, who will turn 38 in December, shouldn't be treated any differently by managers heading into the 2022-23 season, and as long as the 19-year pro can stay healthy, he is anticipated to remain an elite fantasy option.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
