3 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Logan Webb (shoulder) was scheduled to pitch three innings in a rehab appearance for Triple-A Sacramento on Tuesday, but the Giants decided not to have him pitch in order to preserve him as a starting option for Friday's game against the Nationals. Webb has been on the injured list with a right shoulder sprain but had pitched well prior to his injury, posting a 3.86 ERA, 1.29 WHIP, and 26.1% strikeout rate through nine starts.
