3 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Logan Webb (shoulder) will toss in a simulated inning this week. The 24-year-old played well before going down because of a strained right shoulder, compiling a record of 4-3 and a 3.86 ERA, with 54 strikeouts, throughout nine starts this year. Though the righty still has a way to go, fantasy managers will happily accept the most recent update. Nonetheless, Sammy Long should continue to get some extra work while Webb is out, with the southpaw posting a 4.20 ERA and a win throughout three appearances this season.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
