Lonnie Walker IV Draws Questionable Tag For Monday
3 years agoSan Antonio Spurs point/shooting guard Lonnie Walker IV (back) has been listed as questionable to suit up for Monday's contest vs. Houston due to lower back tightness. The ailment has sidelined Walker for the past three games, allowing Joshua Primo to take on both starting duties and an expanded offensive role. Prior to a five-minute stint March 18, Walker had been firing on all cylinders offensively, going for at least 20 points in seven of his previous 10 outings. Walker has been a scoring dynamo among the Spurs' second unit since the All-Star break, averaging 17.1 PPG, while shooting 40 percent from deep. Fantasy managers will want to check back prior to tip-off for word on his status.
