5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball had a miserable shooting night against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday. Ball made two of his 12 shots and was held to six points, six rebounds and three assists. Lonzo is now shooting below 40% for the season, and fantasy owners will need him to contribute in other categories to make up for his inefficiency in the shooting ones. Unfortunately, that is not the case, as he is averaging below his career average in rebounds, assists and steals so far this year. Ball will need to turn it around soon because Zion Williamson's return is on the horizon, and that means Ball will lose touches in the Pelicans offense. He is still rostered in over 70% of ESPN leagues, but that number could plummet if his early season struggles continue.--Euan Leith
