4 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball delivered a game-high 11 assists in Thursday's 140-125 loss to Sacramento. Unfortunately, he couldn't quite make it into the double-double column, shooting 4-for-7 from the floor to finish with nine points. Ball also collected one steal and one block on the defensive end. This was by far the best play-making display by Ball in the Orlando bubble, as he had managed only a total of 16 dimes in the previous three games. Racking up stats again shouldn't be a problem on Friday against the Wizards, whose 114.9 defensive rating is the worst in the league.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
