Lonzo Ball Has Best Outing In Nearly Two Weeks
6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball scored 14 points on 5-for-12 shooting from the floor, including 3-for-6 from beyond the arc, in Wednesday's victory over the Spurs. The 21-year-old contributed nine assists, four rebounds, two steals and one turnover in 40 minutes. The outing was Ball's best overall performance since Nov. 21 when he had 15 points, seven rebounds and six assists against the Cavs. It was also the most minutes that he has played this year, although it was the third time in his past four outings that he has seen at least 30 minutes on the floor. The second-year pro 's three triples were his most in 10 games while his one turnover was the fewest he has committed in four games. Ball has struggled in his previous three games against the Spurs, who the Lakers play on Friday, averaging 11.6 points, six assists, four rebounds, 2.7 three-points, and one steal. However, the second overall draft pick in 2017 could be a tremendous value play in DFS.
