5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball played his first game of the season without a made three-pointer during Saturday’s defeat to the Dallas Mavericks. Ball shot 0-for-7 from long range amid a 1-for-9 overall shooting performance, collecting just two points on the afternoon. He logged four rebounds and two assists while tying for the team high with 27 minutes played, but the performance fell flat in comparison to his stellar outing Thursday.
