Lou Williams Makes Game-Winning Runner
6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers point guard/shooting guard Lou Williams made a tough runner with .3 seconds left in overtime to give the Clips a 128-126 victory over the Bucks on Saturday. Williams finished the game with 12 points, 10 assists, five rebounds and one steal in 33 minutes. He was just 5-for-15 from the field and 1-for-3 from beyond the arc. While the 32-year-old posted his first double-double of the campaign, the 14-year veteran tied his lowest points total of the season. The 6-foot-1 combo guard had scored at least 20 points in each of his previous four contests. Williams torched the Warriors -- the Clippers' opponent on Monday -- for 50 points last January and averaged 27.8 points and six assists in four games last season.
