Lou Williams Scores 30 Points On Thursday
7 years agoLos Angeles Clippers guard Lou Williams got the start against the Sacramento Kings on Thursday and responded once again. Williams scored 30 points, only one game removed from his career-high 50 that he had against the Golden State Warriors. He was relatively accurate shooting, going 10-for-24 from the field and 5-for-12 from downtown. In addition, he also contributed six assists, two steals and a block to round out his explosive offensive numbers. Despite 12 years of service, the veteran is easily enjoying the best season of his career, averaging 23 points per contest in addition to some substantial shooting numbers from the floor and from deep. He doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon and will continue to produce, especially with the questionable health of forward Blake Griffin and guard Austin Rivers, two players who are known to miss time due to various injuries.
