6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers shooting guard Lou Williams chipped in with 17 points across 26 minutes off the bench in Tuesday's 116-109 road loss against the New Orleans Pelicans. He was a solid 8-for-15 from the field, picking up the slack with Avery Bradley struggling with his shot as part of the starting five. Bradley hit just 1-for-8 from the field, and he finished with only two points. Williams was a godsend for the Clips and fantasy owners last season, and he could carve out a larger role, and perhaps a starting role, with the team this season if Bradley continues to shoot poorly.--Daniel Dobish
