3 years agoMinnesota Twins second baseman Luis Arraez (shoulder) was removed from Tuesday's game against the New York Yankees due to right shoulder tightness. After the game, Twins manager Rocco Baldelli didn't express much concern about the injury. He stated that Arraez has dealt with similar shoulder issues in the past and that this recent injury is milder than previous ones. The Twins will be facing left-hander Nestor Cortes on Wednesday, so Arraez will be on the bench to begin the game. He will be undergoing treatment on Wednesday and if he responds well to it, then there's a chance he'll be available off the bench for the game.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
