3 years agoSeattle Mariners catcher Luis Torrens was responsible for much of the offense against the Kansas City Royals Friday night, going 1-for-3 with a double, two walks, and a sacrifice fly, totaling four RBI for the day. Torrens has cooled off after an outstanding June and July with just a .210/.254/.355 slash line in August, but he's playing every day and has tons of pop with 14 home runs in 256 at-bats.
