6 years agoDallas Mavericks guard/forward Luka Doncic should be ready for Wednesday’s contest versus the Phoenix Suns after having been tagged as questionable to suit up earlier in the day due to a back injury. Doncic was able to practice Tuesday, which boded well for his chances, but he’ll now get a third crack at the Suns, whom he combined for just 23 points against in his first two meetings. Dennis Smith Jr. will miss Wednesday’s game, which could mean Doncic may be in line for increased ball-handling duties should the contest require it.--Jesse Borek
