5 years agoDallas Mavericks guard/forward Luka Doncic (thumb) exited Wednesday's contest with a hand injury but returned shortly after to finish the night with a triple-double in the win over the Spurs. Doncic scored 26 points with 10 rebounds and 14 assists after finishing the game with his left thumb wrapped up. The thumb was definitely an issue for him once he returned, and Doncic added after the game that he felt it was not too serious. The Mavs go again on Friday, so stay tuned for updates to make sure he will be good to go for that one.--Gianni Costantiello
