Luka Doncic Posts 31-13-7 Line In Victory
5 years agoDallas Mavericks guard Luka Doncic came up short of his 10th triple-double of the season in Thursday's 123-111 victory against the Nets, finishing with 31 points, 13 rebounds, seven assists and one block on 9-for-18 shooting from the field and 5-for-8 from three-point range in 34 minutes. The 20-year-old started out slow but took over in the fourth quarter by dominating on the offensive end with his scoring and playmaking abilities to turn a one-possession game at one point into a double-digit victory. Doncic has taken a massive step forward in his second season with averages of 29.1 points — third in the NBA behind only James Harden and Giannis Antetokounmpo -- 9.6 rebounds, 8.9 assists — trailing only LeBron James and Ricky Rubio -- and 1.2 steals. Doncic has posted first-round value in standard nine-category leagues and should be started across all fantasy formats.
