3 years agoDallas Mavericks point guard Luka Doncic (ankle) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Rockets due to a sprained right ankle. Doncic's absence vaults Jalen Brunson atop the DFS chalk plays of the slate, with Kristaps Porzingis (health and safety protocols) still unavailable as well. (Tim Hardaway Jr. and Dorian Finney-Smith should also see elevated offensive roles.) Doncic has continued to deliver massive production (25 points, 8.8 assists and eight rebounds per game) when healthy, although he has appeared in just 24 of Dallas' first 39 games this season. His next chance to return to action comes Sunday vs. Chicago.--Jesse Borek
