5 years agoChicago Bulls forward/center Luke Kornet led all starters with a plus-18 rating on Monday against San Antonio, finishing a 110-109 win with 12 points, nine rebounds, three assists, one steal, and one block. He shot 4-for-10 from the field, including 2-for-5 from downtown. Kornet was promoted to the starting unit following injuries to Wendell Carter Jr. (ankle) and Daniel Gafford (thumb). He's done well at times, but it's also been a big struggle for him on some nights. Thaddeus Young, who also benefits from the injury situation, has been much more reliable.
