3 years agoMackenzie Hughes is probably thankful for a match play format this week at the WGC-Dell Match Play. Hughes has missed the cut in his last two tournaments. Also, the Canadian golfer has not shot below a 70 since Pebble Beach in early February. Hughes has showed little of the form he did late in 2021 where he nearly won a few tournaments. While he has putted very well (6th with 0.73 strokes gained), his game has suffered everywhere else. If Hughes can just hit decently off the tee this week, he could catch his opponents in Group 8 napping a bit. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
