4 years agoIndiana Pacers point guard Malcolm Brogdon was in a double-double mood on Thursday against the Pistons but couldn't quite get there, finishing a 111-95 win with 18 points and a season-high nine rebounds. He also had four assists and one steal, while shooting 8-for-19 from the field and 2-for-5 at the charity stripe. Brogdon posted a career-high 10 rebounds back in December 2016 and hasn't reached the number since, so his work on the glass was very impressive on Thursday. He is unlikely to repeat the effort in the next matchup against the Hawks, who are among the league's top rebounding teams, but look for Brogdon to have a good offensive outing, as Atlanta has been mediocre at best defensively against opposing point guards this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
