Malcolm Brogdon Bounces Back With 25-Point Outing
4 years agoIndiana Pacers point guard Malcolm Brogdon went for a season-low 13 points Tuesday night, only to respond with a game-high 25-point performance during Thursday's win over the Trail Blazers. Brogdon has ascended into an All-Star during the first 12 games of the year, having averaged 24.7 points over his last seven outings. With multiple triples being knocked down in 11 of those contests, he further packed the stat sheet Thursday with seven assists, five rebounds, and three steals across his 35 minutes. With Victor Oladipo no longer in the picture moving forward, Brogdon's path to increased scoring is clear, although how Caris Levert fits into the rotation could have a say in that.
