Malcolm Brogdon To Move To Pacers
5 years agoThe Milwaukee Bucks and Indiana Pacers have reportedly agreed to a sign-and-trade that will send guard Malcolm Brogdon to Indiana in exchange for draft picks. Brogdon — a former Rookie of the Year — spent three years in Milwaukee and was a key part of the Bucks team, starting all 64 games that he played last season and averaging 15.6 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game. He shot 50.5 percent from the floor and 42.6 percent from three. Brogdon can play both guard positions, but with Darren Collison’s retirement, it looks like Indiana will ask him to be their point guard moving forward. Don’t expect a huge increase in assists for Brogdon, but do expect him to continue to be an efficient scorer, especially if Victor Oladipo is healthy and able to play the two beside him. This is a good move for Brogdon’s fantasy future.
