Malik Monk Sidelined For At Least Two Weeks
4 years agoCharlotte Hornets forward Malik Monk (ankle) will be out for at least a few weeks. The 23-year-old sprained his right ankle a few nights ago during the meeting against the Brooklyn Nets. Though head coach James Borrego indicated he could be out until mid-April, fantasy managers should prepare for an absence that extends beyond that. With the team also down Gordon Hayward (foot) and LaMelo Ball (wrist), Miles Bridges and Brad Wanamaker should be the biggest beneficiaries. The Martin twins, Cody and Caleb, could also get some additional minutes, although neither should be relevant in most fantasy formats.
