7 years agoSan Antonio Spurs guard/forward Manu Ginobili (foot) is expected to return after the All-Star break. Spurs general manager R.C. Buford said Ginobili's injury does not "appear to be anything severe." Ginobili was injured in the third quarter of Tuesday's loss to the Denver Nuggets. He limped to the locker room and was unable to return. The Spurs do not play again until next Friday, so Ginobili will have plenty of time to rest. He is fully expected to return when the Spurs play the Nuggets on Feb. 23 in Denver.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
