6 years agoCaught in the midst of a rough patch, Memphis Grizzlies center Marc Gasol exploded out of the blocks during Wednesday’s win over the San Antonio Spurs, finishing with 26 points and 14 rebounds, his highest point total in over a month. His scoring was boosted by the three triples he knocked down, the most he has recorded in a contest since Nov. 27. Adding three assists to his stat line, it was the best performance for Gasol in quite some time, a positive step forward for owners who saw his performances flatline in December.--Jesse Borek
