7 years agoMemphis Grizzlies center Marc Gasol went 9-for-18 from the field on Wednesday night, scoring a total of 23 points for Memphis as they fell to the Pacers. The big man also added nine rebounds and six assists for a Memphis team that was short-handed due to injuries. This was Gasol's first time scoring 20 or more points since Jan. 12, as the Grizzlies have found other ways to get the ball in the basket. Gasol also failed to record a block in the game, which is a bit of a letdown after a combined eight blocks over the past two games. Memphis next plays on Thursday against the Pistons and will likely be short-handed again, which puts Gasol in line for another strong outing.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
