6 years agoSan Antonio Spurs shooting guard Marco Belinelli will miss Sunday’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers due to a stiff neck. Belinelli had previously been listed as questionable, but will be unable to bring his marksmanship to the floor Sunday. It’s likely that the trio of Derrick White, Patty Mills and Bryn Forbes will absorb his minutes, although Forbes seems to have the highest upside if San Antonio attempts to replicate Belinelli’s looks from long range. His next chance to return comes Tuesday against the Utah Jazz.--Jesse Borek
