5 years agoNew York Knicks small/power forward Marcus Morris played the 578th game of his regular-season career during Sunday’s loss to the Los Angeles Clippers and scored more points -- 38 -- than he ever had before. Morris had everything in his offensive arsenal clicking Sunday, shooting 13-for-19 overall, while going 6-for-7 from behind the three-point arc. The effort was emblematic of his 2019-20 campaign overall, where he has taken a step forward as a scorer, on pace to average a new career high with 19.1 points per game to his credit. In addition to the scoring, Morris added five rebounds and two steals, positioning himself as a must-own fantasy asset in all formats so long as he remains a member of the Knicks.--Jesse Borek
