6 years agoBoston Celtics power forward Marcus Morris is listed as questionable for Friday’s game versus the Dallas Mavericks due to a neck strain. Morris is in the midst of a career year, averaging 15.4 points and 6.0 rebounds per game, on pace to set career highs in both categories. Having scored in double figures in 15 of his last 16 contests, the Celtics would miss his scoring influx since having rejoined the starting five, so keep an eye on his status as it approaches tip. With Kyrie Irving (eye) already ruled out, there could be even more shots to go around for healthy Celtics than usual if Morris also sits.--Jesse Borek
