Marcus Morris Scores 15 Points In Victory
6 years agoBoston Celtics power forward Marcus Morris scored 15 points while drawing his fourth start of the season during Friday’s win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Morris went 2-for-4 from deep, bringing his mark up to 43.4 percent overall on the season, which would be far and away a new career high. In many ways, the move to the bench has rejuvenated Morris’ career, as he has been able to thrive and become a reliable fantasy commodity despite the wealth of shots needing to be spread around. He has averaged 12 points per game this season on the second leg of a back-to-back, which is where he finds himself Saturday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
