7 years agoOrlando Magic guard/forward Mario Hezonja scored 24 points in a loss to Chicago on Monday. Hezonja is starting to get comfortable starting for the oft-injured Aaron Gordon (hip). For the second straight game, Hezonja scored more than 20 points. Gordon's injury bodes well for Hezonja fantasy owners for obvious reasons. In the last three games where he plays more than 30 minutes, he has averaged 22.3 points per game. On Monday, he shot 8-for-14 from the field and 3-for-4 from three. There was more, however, as Hezonja also added four steals and three blocks to his stat line. Since Gordon's injury, Hezonja is producing second-round value, averaging 16.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.9 steals, 0.8 blocks and 2.5 threes. Pick him up!--Wai Sallas
