Markelle Fultz Drops Career-High 25 Points Against Nets
5 years agoOrlando Magic guard Markelle Fultz dropped a career-high 25 points on Brooklyn on Monday night. Fultz was efficient with his shot, going 11-for-20 from the field while draining two of his five attempts from deep. He also added five boards, four assists, and was active defensively by coming away with a pair of steals. The 21-year-old is trending in the right direction after two uneventful seasons in Philadelphia and is averaging a respectable 11 points, 4.4 assists, and just over a steal per outing. With Jonathan Isaac (knee) out for a few months, he should continue to get a bump in statistical categories across the board, with that trend possibly continuing against the defensively-challenged Washington Wizards on Wednesday.
