6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers point guard Markelle Fultz was sent to the Orlando Magic Thursday in a trade that sent draft picks and small forward Jonathon Simmons to the Philadelphia 76ers as reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. With Fultz being injured most of this season with a shoulder injury fantasy players shouldn't expect immediate help from Fultz but if you are in a dynasty league this trade is very encouraging. When Fultz finally does get on the court for the Magic he will have a chance to really compete for the starting point guard spot as the current starting point guard D.J, Augustin has mostly been a backup his entire career and the other point guard on the team Jerian Grant averages a paltry 4.1 points and 2.9 assists per game. When the Magic next step on the court Thursday against the Minnesota Timberwolves don't expect to see Fultz in uniform as he hasn't played since November 19th.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
