Markieff Morris Racks Up A Double-Double Friday Night
6 years agoWashington Wizards forward/center Markieff Morris came up big on the stat sheet against the Miami Heat Friday night. Morris posted a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds in 26 minutes. Morris also knocked down three three-pointers, showcasing his ability to hit the long ball. Morris was most likely able to boost his stat line with the absence of newly acquired teammate Dwight Howard (back). Howard will most likely hamper Morris's rebounding production, but it could actually help boost Morris's threes total. With Howard drawing more attention on the block, Morris will likely become more of a stretch-four this season.
