4 years agoSacramento Kings power forward Marvin Bagley III (groin) and small/power forward Harrison Barnes (groin) have been deemed unavailable for Thursday's contest against Memphis. With De'Aaron Fox still also sidelined, Buddy Hield should have relative carte blanche offensively, while Richaun Holmes is a candidate to see a sizable front-court role. Bagley returned to average 15.8 points and 7.2 boards over his last six outings, but with Sacramento up against elimination, the organization could opt to play it safe with the 22-year-old over the final two games of the regular season. Barnes has not suited up since April 26, with Maurice Harkless and Terence Davis being the biggest beneficiaries of his absence. The next chance for Bagley/Barnes to return comes Friday in a rematch with the Grizzlies.--Jesse Borek
