6 years agoCharlotte Hornets power forward Marvin Williams finished Wednesday’s win over the Detroit Pistons with nine points and 10 rebounds, coming up just short of his fourth double-double of the season. Williams logged a season-high 38 minutes Wednesday, finishing 3-for-7 from long range in the third consecutive game. Any injury concerns stemming from his one-game absence last week have been quelled since his return, proving to be more than just a shallow league add, but a big man that can knock down threes and poses as a nightly double-double threat.--Jesse Borek
