7 years agoCharlotte Hornets foward Marvin Williams scored 16 points and had nine rebounds in a loss to Oklahoma City on Saturday. After Williams posted back to back scoreless games to end 2017, the former No. 2 pick is averaging 12.4 points and 7.0 rebounds in the new year. On Saturday, the Hornets struggled on offense with no one from the bench scoring in double figures. Starters like Williams have been leaned on to provide more of a punch. On Saturday, Williams came out aggressive. He made all five of his shots (two from three-point range) and added three assists and three rebounds in the first half.
