6 years agoCharlotte Hornets power forward Marvin Williams is set to miss at least his team’s upcoming three contests after leaving Sunday’s game against New Orleans with a right shoulder sprain. Miles Bridges started the second half in his place, and could be in line for extended run without Williams in the lineup, although both Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Frank Kaminsky could conceivably fill in as well. The Hornets next take the floor Wednesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves, with Williams not starting for the first time all season.--Jesse Borek
