Mason Plumlee Ruled Out Thursday; Isaiah Stewart Will Start
4 years agoDetroit Pistons center Mason Plumlee (elbow) was a late scratch for Thursday's game versus Indiana, paving the way for Isaiah Stewart to enter the starting five for the first time in his career. Plumlee has found his groove as of late, having scored in double figures in seven of his last eight contests, accumulating five double-doubles in that stretch. With Jahlil Okafor (knee) also sidelined, Stewart appears to be in line for a sizable workload against Myles Turner and the Pacers, giving him significant DFS appeal due to his low price tag. The next chance that Plumlee will have to take the floor comes Friday against the Celtics, but fantasy managers will want to check back to get further updates on his status.
