Mavericks Interested In Dennis Schroder?

2 years agoThe Mavericks are reportedly interested in signing free-agent guard Dennis Schroder. Dallas has room on its roster and is looking to add a veteran ball-handler. Schroder would certainly fill that need while bolstering the Mavs' bench in the process. The 28-year-old began the 2021-22 campaign in Boston before he was traded to Houston ahead of the deadline. With the Rockets, he averaged 10.9 points, 5.9 assists and 3.3 rebounds across 15 games. Nevertheless, if Schroder signs, he has a good chance of starting here and there during the year. That won't make him an everyday fantasy option, but his services should come in handy for the managers dealing with injuries during the season.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
